Dustin Alexander III has extensive international experience in both for-profit and non-profit executive management, such as Managing Director at The Associated Press in New York City, Chief Operating Officer of the publicly traded United Technology Group in Switzerland , and a founder of the Global Caribbean Network which built a submarine fiber optic cable across 11 island nations in the Caribbean. He was a 9-11 volunteer responder at the World Trade Center search and rescue. Dustin is now an author, songwriter, and screenwriter. He’s a member of the Hendersonville Evening Rotary club, The Rotary Action Group for Peace, Paul Harris Society member and the founder and President of Promote Peace Foundation. Dustin holds an MBA from Columbia University and a B.S. from Georgia State University in Decision Sciences.

Kelly is a writer, facilitator, consultant, conflict manager, and has been the Development Director of Progress, Inc., since 2013. O’Connor has served the Nashville community in a variety of roles. Her experience ranges from serving as the Board Chair of a multi-million-dollar charitable trust where she managed grant cycles and awarded grants, to successfully directing a nonprofit organization. She has lectured and written on philanthropy, provides consulting services and workshops to others in the field, and is a passionate advocate for strategic philanthropy. Ms. O’Connor specializes in strategic planning, board development, fundraising, and conflict management. She has provided consulting services to numerous organizations. Ms. O’Connor currently serves on several boards. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Nashville, a sustaining member of the Junior League of Nashville, an aluma of L’Evate (Leadership Donelson-Hermitage), and the Young Leaders Council. Kelly has been appointed by Governors Haslam and Lee to serve on Tennessee State Regulatory Boards. O’Connor has a long and successful record as a community volunteer including being the driving force in the creation of the Art Therapy program at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Kelly earned her bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University and a Master’s Degree at the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University. O’Connor is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a Tennessee Rule 31 certified civil mediator. In addition to being a novelist and poet, in her free time Kelly enjoys the arts, cultural exchanges, traveling, reading, water sports, and Argentinean rock music.

Keith assists clients in government investigations and in disputes with insurance companies. In addition, Mr. Dennen represents clients in all areas that affect their business, including employment, business entity structure and governance, succession planning, transactions, real estate leasing and acquisitions and intellectual property. Mr. Dennen advises clients on estate planning and assists in the probate of estates. Mr. Dennen also represents many business clients in litigation including litigation involving non-competition agreements, retaliatory discharge and whistleblower claims, breach of contract, violation of shareholders agreements, copyright and patent infringement and violation of property rights. Since 1994, he has been the general counsel to The Industrial Development Board of the City of Hendersonville, Tennessee. Since 2005, he has been general counsel to the Tennessee Risk Management Trust. Mr. Dennen also represents other governmental entities, non-profit corporations and associations. Greg has been a member of the Rotary Club of Knoxville Breakfast since 1999 after retiring from the U.S. Air Force. He served three terms as president, currently serves as the club's public image chair, and is involved in many club activities. Greg currently serves as Rotary Zone 30 Public Image Coordinator and as the District Secretary
Greg has been a member of the Rotary Club of Knoxville Breakfast since 1999 after retiring from the U.S. Air Force. He served three terms as president, currently serves as the club's public image chair, and is involved in many club activities. Greg currently serves as Rotary Zone 30 Public Image Coordinator and as the District Secretary, Communications Chair and Videographer with over 150 videos completed on behalf of the district and zone. Greg served 26 years in the Air National Guard and the U.S. Air Force. He retired at the rank of Colonel. He was fighter pilot flying the F-106A/B, F-4C/D and the F-16ADF aircraft in the air defense role. The mission was to protect the US mainland from attack by aircraft or missiles. He first served with the Michigan Air National Guard unit at Selfridge ANG Base. Greg started as an enlisted person and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant just prior to attending pilot training. He served as the unit's aircrew training officer, deputy commander for operations, and then as its commander where he was responsible for 1,100 personnel, 24 aircraft, a $50+ million budget and for two alert sites. He attended Interceptor Weapons School at Tyndall AFB where he was the top gun of the class. He was attended Air War College at Maxwell AFB. While at Air War College, he attended Troy State University and received a Masters in Human Resources. Greg also served a tour in the Pentagon as the Air Guard Advisor to the Air Force Director of Plans and Programs. Greg received his Bachelors Degree from Wayne State University. While attending Wayne State, he worked for General Motors as a clerk and assembly-line foreman. He has also worked as a management trainer at Ford Motor Company.
